Clarke Fish Exports Ltd.
Clarke’s Salmon Smokery is a family-run fish processing facility, specialising in smoked salmon for the domestic and export market, in the West of Ireland. Wild salmon abound in the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean off the West Coast of Ireland and in the sparkling rivers. We smoke the fish in our processing plant in the centre of Ballina. We have been established for over 50 years and are recognised in the West of Ireland as the smoked salmon producer.
Our shop is a favourite haunt of salmon anglers, who come to us to have their catch-of-the-day smoked.
