A new revolutionary chemistry benchmark for Glassmastering where the only waste produced is a minute amount of photoresist using a Xonen proprietary manufacturing process. This process delivers vast impacts in cost reduction and cost of product and allows the Xonen "Full specification" System to deliver up to 960 wafers (glassmasters) in a 24 hour production period.
